Recipe for the week - this time Jeremy took the picture as I am sure you can tell! This recipe came from my friend Allison and is Jeremy's favorite chicken recipe
Poppyseed Chicken
4 chicken breasts, boiled
2 c sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 Tbsp margarine, melted
8 oz Ritz crackers crushed
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
salt and pepper to taste
Mix chicken soup and sour cream. Cut chicken into small strips and stir into soup mixture. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Mix crushed crackers with margarine and poppy seeds. Spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. Serve with noodles or mashed potatoes.
