I was telling Heather yesterday that I am always impressed with Allison's creativity with pet names. Of course, she is unfortunately getting a lot of practice at coming up with new names!

I have high hopes that this one will have some longevity. I was told the pet store attendant said a guinea pig can hold their own in a fight with a cat. Let's hope it doesn't come with that.

As you can see below, we have a proud, happy little girl. First order of business after having been away from the home for any length of time is to give Midnight some attention. Midnight chirps away her approval.
